How it works:
1. Place Your Order
Place your order online and select "Curbside Pickup" for your shipping option. You can also request this service for an order placed over the phone. Let your customer service rep know that you want to pick up this order curbside. You can also come inside our facility to pick up your order but we currently do not have a showroom.
2. Please allow up to two hours for processing.
Most Customer Curbside Pick-up Orders are ready for pick-up within two hours depending on the size of the order, product selection, and order volume. If you need your order by an exact time please call us at 704-786-8139 before placing your order.
3. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
4. Pick up your order!
Important Note:
Orders placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or after 2:30 pm on weekdays will not be ready until after 10 am the following business day (Mon-Thurs). We are closed on Fri, Sat, and Sun.
For orders not picked up within two business days, we will call you to arrange shipping.
Pickup Location and Address:
If traveling on Interstate 85, take exit 49 Bruton Smith Blvd. When you reach the traffic light in front of the Speedway, Turn left onto Concord Parkway S.(Hwy 29) Then go 1 1/2 miles to the second traffic light and turn left into Carpenter Industrial Park, our building will be approximately 600 feet on your left.
