One of these many items is our firewall to hood seal, or cowl lacing, for the 1968-79 Ford truck or 1978-79 Ford Bronco. Over the years the weather and heat from the engine compartment causes these seals to dry rot, crack, or deteriorate which results in them splitting, coming loose, or falling down allowing the weather to enter the engine compartment from the back of the hood area. We went through the process to have new precision tooling made to manufacture this firewall to hood seal to from an advanced rubber compund to all the correct specifications so this seal is more durable than the original. We also have the clips installed on the seals to make installation a breeze.
